This library collects technical documents for the Kadier coating systems by group. The coating systems are currently completing their technical dossiers and independent testing before launch day; official documents will be published at launch together with the independent test dossiers. When official documents are published, each group will have a document list with publication dates. This page does not publish temporary files or drafts in place of official documents.

General installation process

  1. Site survey: area, concrete substrate condition, environmental conditions, expected traffic type and the time available for handover of the work area.
  2. Concrete substrate preparation: floor grinding, crack repair, moisture measurement — a mandatory step before coating.
  3. Primer application: improves adhesion and seals pores on the substrate surface, at the mixing ratio specified by the manufacturer.
  4. Topcoat application: intermediate coat and finishing topcoat according to the configuration of the selected system.
  5. Curing and acceptance: wait until the coating reaches the condition stated in the instructions, then inspect and hand over.

Substrate conditions before installation

  • Concrete at least 28 days old, grade above 200.
  • Floor moisture content below 6–8%.
  • Ambient temperature 10–35°C and air humidity below 75–85% during installation.

General acceptance criteria

  • Seamless surface, no peeling, bubbling or exposed substrate voids.
  • Coating thickness matching the configuration of the selected system.
  • Uniform colour; markings (if any) in the agreed positions.
  • For anti-static systems: on-site resistance measurement together with the project owner.
  • Handover cleaning and maintenance and cleaning guidance for the floor after installation.
