Epoxy floor coating, proven by numbers — not by promises
Kadier supplies epoxy floor coating systems for factories, logistics warehouses, cleanrooms and basements. As a new brand, we do not sell a ready-made reputation: every commitment is tied to technical documents to be published in full, an independent testing programme under way, and trained contractor teams — certified before taking on any project.
Kadier coating systems
Four systems, one principle: the right system for the right floor. Select each system to see its configuration and suitable applications.
RollCoat — 3-coat roller system
A two-component epoxy coating system applied by roller: one penetrating primer coat and two topcoats. The standard configuration for factory and warehouse floors — balancing cost, installation speed and wear resistance at medium loads.
LevelFlow — Self-leveling
A self-leveling epoxy system creating a seamless mirror-finish surface with no joints after the penetrating primer coat. Suitable for cleanrooms, electronics and floors that require high aesthetics and easy cleaning.
StatGuard — Anti-static
An electrostatic discharge (ESD) control coating system for electronics plants, pharmaceutical plants and areas that require surface resistance control.
AquaBase — Water-based, low VOC
A water-based system, low odour, low VOC, for food plants, hospitals, basements and spaces in operation or with high hygiene requirements.

Find the right system
Answer 3 questions and the tool suggests the most suitable Kadier system with reasons. The result is an initial suggestion; the final specification is only confirmed after an on-site survey of the actual floor.
The interactive system finder is currently available in Vietnamese only. For a recommendation in English, please contact us or request a quote — tell us your floor area, substrate condition and load requirements and we will suggest the right system.

Solutions by industry
Seamless epoxy floors are the standard choice for industrial production, warehousing and spaces with high hygiene requirements — where concrete floors often cannot withstand wear, chemicals and dust-free requirements. Each site is surveyed and the coating system is specified according to load, chemicals in contact and actual substrate conditions.
- Factories and production plants — wear resistance from forklifts and production lines, oil and grease resistance, easy cleaning.
- Logistics warehouses and rental factories
- Pharmaceutical and electronics cleanrooms — seamless surfaces with no joints, no dust generation.
- Food and beverage plants — water-based, low VOC systems preferred.
- Basements and car parks — protection against rising damp, anti-slip, tyre wear resistance.
- Hospitals, laboratories and schools
Installation process
A durable floor starts with the substrate — not with the paint. The 5-step process below is published openly and is mandatory for every Kadier contractor team. Customers can check each step directly at the site.
- Survey and substrate condition measurement — Measure floor moisture, check concrete grade, cracks and oil or grease contamination. A substrate that does not meet the standard is treated first — never coated over a weak substrate to meet a schedule.
- Grinding and dust extraction — Grind the surface to create roughness for paint adhesion, repair cracks and treat expansion joints, extract all industrial dust before priming.
- Penetrating primer — The primer coat locks dust and increases adhesion between concrete and the coating system — the step that largely decides the anti-peeling service life of the whole system.
- Topcoat / self-leveling layer — Apply at the exact mixing ratio and material consumption stated in the technical documents. For self-leveling systems, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles while the coating is still wet.
- Line marking and joint acceptance — Mark zones and walkways; accept thickness, adhesion and surface together with the project owner — handover with a co-branded written warranty document.
Frequently asked questions
Kadier is a new brand — why should we trust it?
Yes, Kadier is a new brand launched in Vietnam and we say so openly. Instead of relying on a ready-made reputation, Kadier builds trust with verifiable evidence: public technical data sheets (TDS), independent testing for each product line, an openly published installation process and a co-branded written warranty between the manufacturer and the contractor.
Why do epoxy floors often peel or bubble?
The most common cause is not the paint but the installation: wrong mixing ratio of the two components, coating a substrate that is still damp or concrete that is not old enough, installation when air humidity is too high, skipping the primer coat or grinding that does not meet the standard. That is why Kadier only supplies through trained contractor teams — certified, and required to check substrate conditions before selling paint for a project.
What substrate conditions must concrete meet before coating?
Under standard industry installation conditions: concrete at least 28 days old, grade above 200; floor moisture below 6–8%; ambient temperature 10–35°C and air humidity below 75–85% during installation. Kadier contractor teams measure and record these indicators in the survey report before the official quote.
Is epoxy coating safe for food, pharmaceutical and hospital plants?
Yes — provided the right product line is chosen. Areas with high hygiene requirements should use water-based or solvent-free systems, low VOC content, seamless surfaces that are easy to clean. Note that traditional solvent-based epoxy paint is flammable when wet, so forced ventilation and fire safety rules must be followed during installation — this is part of the Kadier contractor training programme.
What does the Kadier warranty policy include?
On the market today, epoxy floor warranties are commonly 12 months, with some contractors committing longer. The detailed Kadier policy — under the co-branded warranty model, where the manufacturer is responsible for materials and the contractor is responsible for installation on the same document — will be officially published at product launch.
How can genuine Kadier paint be identified?
Each Kadier paint drum will carry a QR traceability label: scan the code to check the production batch and the authorised distribution channel. Kadier only sells through partner contractors and published agents — products sold outside these channels are not covered by the co-branded warranty.
Technical document library
The technical document library is being updated. Official technical documents will be published at launch together with the independent test dossiers.
