System description

Self-leveling epoxy system creating a seamless mirror-like surface with no joints after the penetrating primer coat. Thickness of 1–3 mm is selected by load: thicker coatings carry heavier loads and cover concrete substrate defects better.

The product is in the final stage of completing its technical documentation and independent testing before launch. The official TDS will be published at launch, together with the independent test records.

  • Mirror-flat seamless surface — no joints, nowhere for bacteria and dust to lodge.
  • Higher load and abrasion resistance than roller systems under the same substrate conditions.
  • Easy to clean, meeting the aesthetic requirements of cleanrooms, showrooms, and hospitals.
  • Good chemical resistance under the TCVN 12574-2018 test framework.

General technical framework

  • Technology: Two-component self-leveling epoxy; substrate: flat concrete meeting standard application conditions.
  • System configuration: Penetrating primer + self-leveling coat (spiked roller for bubble removal).
  • Finished thickness: 1–3 mm depending on load requirements.
  • Standards framework: TCVN 9014:2011 — Epoxy paint; chemical resistance per TCVN 12574-2018.

Detailed specifications (mixing ratio, consumption, drying time, strength, and other test indicators) will be published together with the official TDS of the system. Until the TDS is available, this page states no estimated figures.

General application process

  1. Survey the concrete substrate and advise the system thickness based on load and service environment.
  2. Prepare the substrate to standard application conditions: clean and treat substrate defects before priming.
  3. Coat 1 — Kadier RC penetrating primer: seals dust and improves adhesion for the self-leveling coat.
  4. Coat 2 — LevelFlow LF self-leveling: pour and spread to the specified thickness, remove bubbles with a spiked roller.
  5. Optional — Protective topcoat and line marking: as required by the operation of each area.
  6. Inspect the surface and carry out handover acceptance with the project owner before handover.
