Kadier supplies epoxy floor coating systems for four main project groups: factories, logistics warehouses, cleanrooms and basements. Each group has different use requirements, so the coating system, coating thickness and installation organisation differ as well. This page summarises the shared framework, and the industry pages present each case in detail.
Solutions by industry
- Solutions for factories — forklift wear resistance, oil and light chemical resistance, zone marking, phased installation.
- Solutions for logistics warehouses — forklift aisles, warehouse zoning, low dust retention surfaces, easy cleaning.
- Solutions for cleanrooms — seamless surfaces with no joints, easy cleaning, low VOC content.
- Solutions for basements — enclosed spaces that are hard to ventilate, parking areas and walkways, thorough moisture survey before installation.
Kadier coating systems
- RollCoat — 3-coat roller system: one penetrating primer coat and two topcoats, the standard configuration for factory and warehouse floors.
- LevelFlow — Self-leveling: seamless mirror-finish surface, 1–3 mm thickness selected according to load.
- StatGuard — Anti-static: conductive layer, copper grounding strips and anti-static topcoat for areas that require static control.
- AquaBase — Water-based, low VOC: low odour during installation, suitable for spaces in operation or enclosed spaces that are hard to ventilate.
Detailed technical documents for each system (TDS, SDS, installation guides) are collected in the Technical Document Library. General knowledge on substrate preparation, installation process and floor maintenance is available in Knowledge.
