Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how CÔNG TY TNHH VẬT LIỆU MỚI KADIER VIỆT NAM (“Kadier“, “we“, “us“) collects, uses, shares, retains and protects your personal data when you visit kadiervietnam.com, submit a consultation, quotation or partnership request, or contact us by telephone, Zalo, WeChat or email. It is prepared in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 of Vietnam and its implementing regulations.

1. Data controller

Kadier is the controller and processor of the personal data collected through this website and the contact channels listed above.

2. Data we collect

a) Data you provide through our contact and quotation forms, the system finder, telephone, Zalo, WeChat or email:

Name, company, position or role (owner, contractor, distributor, etc.);
Telephone number, email address, Zalo/WeChat account;
Project information: location/industrial park, area, substrate condition, coating system of interest, site photos, schedule and other notes;
Where a transaction arises: tax code, invoicing address, site address, details of the contact person and consignee.

b) Data collected automatically when you visit the website: IP address, device type, browser, language, pages viewed, time of visit, referral source and cookie data (see Section 6).

c) Data from third parties: contact details passed to us by Kadier’s distributors or partner contractors where you have agreed that they may refer your enquiry to us.

We do not request or intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, religious or personal financial data). Please do not include such data in notes or messages.

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving and responding to consultation and quotation requests; providing technical advice and recommending a suitable coating system;
Arranging site surveys, preparing quotations, entering into and performing contracts, delivery, application guidance, acceptance and warranty (if any);
Connecting you with a Kadier distributor or partner contractor serving the project area (only with your consent);
Discussing cooperation with contractors and distributors;
Operating and securing the website, and preventing spam and fraud;
Compiling visitor statistics to improve website content and experience;
Sending product news, promotions and new technical documents (only with your separate consent for this purpose);
Complying with accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

We process data only for the purposes above. Where processing for a new purpose is needed, we will notify you and obtain your consent where the law so requires.

4. Legal basis and consent

Your consent, given by actively ticking the consent box before submitting a form, or by confirming in a message or email. Consent boxes are never pre-ticked, and silence or inaction does not constitute consent.
Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (site survey, quotation).
Compliance with Kadier’s legal obligations (invoices, accounting records, requests from competent authorities).

You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 11. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it, and may prevent us from continuing to assist with matters that require that data.

Kadier does not buy, sell or trade personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary with:

Distributors and partner contractors serving the project area, for site surveys, quotations, application or warranty, where you have consented;
Service providers processing data on Kadier’s behalf: website and email hosting (Hostinger), visitor analytics (Google Analytics via Google Site Kit), form spam filtering (Akismet – Automattic), messaging platforms you choose to use (Zalo, WeChat), and carriers;
Competent state authorities, upon a lawful request in accordance with the law;
A transferee in the event of a reorganisation, merger or transfer of Kadier’s business, who must continue to protect the data under this Policy.

Recipients may use the data only for the stated purposes and on Kadier’s instructions, and must apply equivalent data protection measures.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working (remembering your language, protecting forms against spam). They cannot be switched off if the website is to function properly.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) measure visits and page views in aggregate. They are activated only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

You can change your cookie choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or delete cookies in your browser.

7. Transfer of data outside Vietnam

Some of the service providers listed in Section 5 (such as Hostinger, Google, Automattic and Tencent/WeChat) may store or process data on servers located outside Vietnam. Kadier transfers data abroad only where necessary for the purposes in Section 3, selects providers with appropriate security commitments, and completes the procedures required by Vietnamese law on cross-border transfers of personal data.

At the end of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed or irreversibly anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention.

9. Data security

Encrypted website connections (HTTPS);
Access to data restricted to personnel who need it and are bound by confidentiality;
Administrator accounts protected by strong passwords, role-based permissions and regular backups;
Software kept up to date, with anti-spam and anti-intrusion measures in place.

In the event of a personal data breach, Kadier will notify the competent authority and, where the breach may affect you, notify you within the time limits and in the manner required by law, and will take immediate remedial measures.

10. Your rights

Under the law on personal data protection, you have the right to:

Be informed about the processing of your personal data;
Give or refuse consent, and withdraw consent;
Access, correct or request correction of your data;
Request provision, deletion or restriction of processing of your data;
Object to processing, including for marketing purposes;
Lodge complaints and denunciations, bring legal proceedings and claim damages in accordance with the law.

Certain rights may be limited in cases provided by law, for example where data must be retained to meet accounting or tax obligations.

11. How to make a request

Please send your request to kadiervn@gmail.com with the subject line “Personal data request”, or contact our Hotline/Zalo +84 899 355 489. To protect you, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We will acknowledge receipt within two (02) working days and resolve the request within the time limit prescribed by law. To stop receiving marketing communications, simply reply “Unsubscribe” through the channel on which you received them.

12. Children’s data

Kadier’s website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16 years of age. If we discover that such data has been collected without valid consent, we will delete it.

13. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to Zalo, WeChat, Google Maps and other sites. These platforms have their own privacy policies, and Kadier is not responsible for how they process data.

14. Changes and governing language

We may update this Policy when the law or our processing activities change. The new version takes effect from the date it is published on this page. For material changes, we will display a prominent notice on the website and obtain fresh consent where the law so requires. This Policy is published in Vietnamese, English and Chinese; in the event of any inconsistency, the Vietnamese version prevails.
