Kadier supplies 4 epoxy floor coating systems for factories, logistics warehouses, cleanrooms, hospitals, schools and basements. Each system differs in how it is installed and what it is used for — choose a system according to the load, environment and hygiene requirements of each area. All systems are quoted on request after an on-site survey; there is no fixed published price.
Each system uses Kadier products with published technical data (TDS): mixing ratios, consumption, drying times and physical properties — see the Products page.
RollCoat — 3-coat roller system
A two-component epoxy coating system applied by roller: one penetrating primer coat and two topcoats. This is the most standard configuration for factory and warehouse floors — balancing cost, installation speed and wear resistance at medium loads.
- Seamless surface, dust-resistant, easy to clean with industrial scrubber machines.
- Wear resistance from forklifts and trolleys at medium intensity.
- Resistance to oil, grease and light chemicals commonly found in production.
- Fast installation, can be done in zones — limiting a full shutdown of factory operations.

LevelFlow — Self-leveling
A self-leveling epoxy system creating a seamless mirror-finish surface with no joints after the penetrating primer coat. Thickness of 1–3 mm is selected according to load: the thicker the layer, the higher the load-bearing capacity and the better it covers defects in the concrete substrate.
- Seamless mirror-finish surface — no joints, nowhere for bacteria and dust to harbour.
- Higher load-bearing and wear resistance than the roller system on the same substrate conditions.
- Easy to clean, meeting the aesthetic requirements of cleanrooms, showrooms and hospitals.

StatGuard — Anti-static
An electrostatic discharge (ESD) control coating system comprising a conductive layer, copper grounding strips and an anti-static topcoat — conducting static charge to earth instead of letting sparks damage components or create a fire risk.
- Controls the surface resistance of the floor within the ESD-required zones of electronics plants.
- Protects static-sensitive components on assembly lines and in test rooms.
- Reduces the risk of static sparks in areas storing solvents and flammable chemicals.
- Acceptance includes on-site resistance measurement together with the project owner.

AquaBase — Water-based, low VOC
A water-based epoxy system: low odour during installation, low VOC content — suitable for spaces in operation or with high hygiene requirements, such as food plants, hospitals, schools and enclosed basements that are hard to ventilate.
- Low odour — installation possible in neighbouring areas that remain in operation.
- Low VOC content, measured by the TCVN 10370 method.
- Seamless surface, easy to clean, suitable for food and medical hygiene areas.
