If your plant is operating in An Tinh ward, Tay Ninh province, and the floor is worn, cracked at the joints, dusty, or hard to clean, the practical question is not what epoxy is. It is which supplier can survey the floor, choose the right system zone by zone, give a quote, and recoat in phases without stopping the whole production line. This article answers that question for An Tinh ward, focused on its two operating industrial parks.
Trang Bang Industrial Park and Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone are both located in An Tinh ward, Tay Ninh province, on the land of the former An Tinh ward, along National Highway 22 (the Trans-Asia Highway), bordering Cu Chi district of Ho Chi Minh City to the east. Neither park is in Trang Bang ward, neither is in Ho Chi Minh City, and neither should be merged with Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park or Phuoc Dong Industrial Park. The new An Tinh ward was formed under Resolution 1682/NQ-UBTVQH15, clause 94, from the whole of Loc Hung ward and the former An Tinh ward; Trang Bang ward was formed under clause 93 from An Hoa and the former Trang Bang ward, and Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park sits in that Trang Bang ward. The distinction matters because the name Trang Bang refers to an industrial park, a ward, and a former town, and the three are easy to confuse.

What An Tinh ward has that needs flooring
Trang Bang Industrial Park covers about 190 ha, was established in 1999, was the first industrial park of the former Tay Ninh province, is developed by Tay Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company (INDECO), and is fully leased according to two independent secondary sources. Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone in Tay Ninh covers about 203 ha, was established under adjusted licence 412/GPDC6 dated 27 December 2002, is a Sepzone-Linh Trung joint venture between Vietnam and China, sits in Suoi Sau quarter, and has high occupancy, with an environmental report from 2024 recording about 90%. This article gives no absolute project count for either park, because public sources disagree and no confirmed list from the managing authority is available.
Because both parks are highly occupied or full, flooring demand in An Tinh is mainly not about choosing a floor for a new plant drawn from scratch. It is about recoating zone by zone inside operating plants: worn forklift aisles, cracked joints, dusty surfaces, and areas that need frequent cleaning. The wider cluster context, including Trang Bang, is covered in Epoxy Flooring for the Tay Ninh Industrial Cluster and Border Gates; this article deals only with the buying and recoating question for one specific ward.
Two parks, two floor problems
Trang Bang Industrial Park: textiles and garments, leather and footwear, food processing, packaging. The floor problem here centres on textile fibre dust, cleanability, and forklift aisles. Textile and footwear workshops need a surface that does not hold fibre dust, is easy to sweep, and stands up to forklifts running the same aisle repeatedly. Food processing and packaging areas need a surface that is easy to wash down, with wet areas treated before coating. For this group, a roller system is commonly considered for medium-load areas and a self-levelling system for heavy-load or high-hygiene areas. The thickness figures below belong to the general Kadier framework, not to measurements taken in An Tinh: a 3-coat roller system at about 0.3 mm, and a self-levelling system at 1 to 3 mm.
Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Zone: electronics, precision mechanics, plastics. The floor problem here is different: low dust and general dust control, a flat surface for equipment and internal transport, resistance to oil in mechanical areas, and resistance to cleaning chemicals at a general requirement level, with no specific static-control or cleanliness class stated without a product datasheet. Dust-sensitive zones need work methods that limit dust spreading to neighbouring areas, and acceptance is done zone by zone rather than waiting until the whole plant is finished. Note also that Linh Trung III in Tay Ninh is different from Linh Trung I and Linh Trung II in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City; every mention of Linh Trung in this article means Linh Trung III in Tay Ninh.
These two different problems are why this ward article does not repeat the cluster article or the neighbouring park articles. Epoxy Floor Coating for Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park: Common Industries and Floor Types describes a neighbouring park in Trang Bang ward, and Epoxy Flooring for Phuoc Dong Industrial Park (Tay Ninh): Industries and Common Floor Types describes a neighbouring park in the Go Dau area; both are for comparison only and neither park is inside An Tinh ward.
Recoating inside an operating plant: work zone by zone
Phased recoating starts with a floor survey: grinding the surface, repairing cracks, testing concrete moisture before coating, and recording heavily worn spots, failed joints, and areas repaired before. Only after the survey is a system chosen for each zone, instead of applying one system to the whole plant. Work is divided by zone, one forklift aisle, one workshop bay, or one warehouse area at a time, so the remaining areas keep running. This sequencing matters most where the two parks run on different rhythms: a textile workshop can be recoated bay by bay around shift changes, while an electronics area needs off-peak scheduling and dust shielding for adjacent zones. Each zone is accepted separately, covering flatness, adhesion, and line markings where applicable, before work moves to the next zone. This avoids two common failures: stopping the whole line for one flooring job, and coating over damp or cracked concrete that then peels again.
The general supply process and how to get a quote
The process below is the general Kadier supply framework, applied in every locality and not specific to An Tinh ward: contact, floor survey, system advice zone by zone, a quote after the survey, phased works, zone-by-zone acceptance, and maintenance guidance. No fixed unit price is published in this article, because price depends on area, floor condition, and the system chosen after the survey; every quote follows a survey. Contact and quoting run through the general Kadier channels, not through any branch, agent, or warehouse in An Tinh ward, and this article claims no such local presence.
To get a fast and realistic quote, the buyer should prepare: the area of each zone to be recoated; photos and a description of the floor condition, including wear, cracks, moisture, and any old coating; the industry and hygiene requirement of each zone; the time window when each zone can stop; and any chemical resistance requirement from cleaning agents. The clearer these points are, the fewer adjustments the quote needs after the survey, and the better the phased schedule fits the production calendar.
